Who we are?
Empathy Solutions Initiatives Tanzania (ESIT) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered by the Tanzania Government ministry of community Development and was founded in 2022. This is the succession plan after the long serving of its founding member worked in international institutions for more than 20 years focusing on Technical and Capacity building in areas of Social work, Health, Information systems, agriculture, education, environmental and agricultural prosperity in the provision of support to the community in revealing requirements for development and social welfare.
ESIT is envisioning in capacitating Tanzanian Society with easy access to well-equipped knowledge and facilities which apply best practices in community daily tasks its mission in strengthening and promoting innovative solutions that will cater to community challenges in enduring social and economic value by achieving reveals success for better now and future.
ESIT works with governments, businesses, and investors to solve the country’s most pressing challenges in Tanzania Mainland, and Zanzibar.
